2. As a policy The Hotel does not do business on credit.
3. All accommodation reservation confirmations are sent only against confirmation of receiving full reservation amount as per the hotel/agreed tariff plan.
4. Hotel only accept voucher against producing hotel’s confirmation letter and deposit slip.
5. On availability the accommodation can be reserved against depositing full reservation amount in Hotel Woodstock Bank Account

6. Fax us the Deposit Receipt to Fax No. +91 (1936) 243259
7. Confirmation letter will be sent immediately through email or fax after confirmation of the deposited amount from the bank against received Deposit Receipt.
8. Cancelation Policy
   For cancellation of a reserved/confirmed booking the following charges are levied.
1. For period/months from July to March the following charges will be levied.
1. For cancellation done before 2 days of date of Check-In no Cancellation Charge.
2. For cancellation done less 2 days or no Show, minimum of one day charges.
2. For confirmed booking in April/May/June the following cancellation charges will be levied.
1. For Cancellation 14 days before arrival date: Full Refund.
2. For cancellation between 3 days and 14 days 50% cancellation charge. Subject to one day minimum charge.
3. For cancellation less than 3 days or in even of no show, full amount will be charged.

Hotel does not have a Policy of forcefully keeping dissatisfied customer. The cancellation policy is to protect ourselves from guest who through different agencies block accommodation in 4 hotels and then choose one they like and cancel the rest.
